The staff members in the kitchen are not that friendly, and sometimes they can be dismissive. The food is a C at best. The rooms they provide the residents are lovely, they would be a five out of five.
I would recommend that you make sure that your loved one is placed in the right program. If your loved one has memory care issues, I would recommend they go into the memory care unit. The memory care unit is more expensive. The food served had generous portions, along with cookies.
Very nice 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space. Very big dining room and common areas. I really liked the diversity I saw in the residents.
Very lovely community with a warm staff.
Everyone who works here is nice. If it wasn't for them I would not last long here at all.
So far it is all good. I am perfectly satisfied.
I have enjoyed myself here. I feel like I am well taken care of. I enjoy the food and amazed at how we can get food in this kind of place. I miss my home though.
Waiting for improvements!
I've toured these facilities several times and have really enjoyed my time with the staff. The grounds are always clean and accessible. The staff seem to really enjoy working here at well.
This is a wonderful staff, they are very attentive to the residence and very friendly. They put their residence first, very easy to work with and the facility is very well-maintained and kept up well!
