My mom moved into the Plaza last May. I am more then impressed with the care my has been receiving from the staff at the Plaza. They go over and above of what I expected. The Plaza truly is a “home” away from home facility. The only thing a regret is not having my mom move into this place when she came up to Phoenix in 2014. I highly recommend the Plaza!Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Friendly and helpful staff - minor miscommunication on the tour, facility is very well laid out and would be an great choice. There was no availability at the time of our visit but would be one worth coming back to if needed.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
Rooms are tiny. Closet space is drastically minuscule. No private phone capabilities. 1/2 bathrooms are difficult for someone in a wheelchair to navigate. Caregiver attention is not consistent from one to another. At times there is only one person for 10 residents. I witnessed one resident fall while others were requesting assistance. The resident that fell received no help for 20 minutes. One caregiver on duty. Night time caregivers often ride.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
