To start, they were on lockdown for Covid this last weekend and I wasn't notified. I only found out because my loved one called me upset and worried about it. Staff turnover is an ongoing issue here. If you can find someone to help when needed, they're great. But they are definitely short staffed. Communication isn't good. If I call, the phone sometimes rings and no one ever answers. Most times when I visit, there's no one at the front desk to let me into the facility. Waiting 30 minutes outside trying to get in to visit is a pretty regular occurrence. This place sure has changed over the last few years.
