We toured The Forum and it was a great tour. We really liked this facility, it was a beautiful place.

Thanks for visiting us. We're glad you had a great tour and liked what you saw. Please let us know if we can be of any additional assistance, and we hope to see you again soon!
We chose The Forum because of our knowledge about the facility, the decor is resident appropriate, an we had relatives and friends at church who had loves ones here. The staff are very understanding and patient and deal very well with residents in this age group, they are the best part about the facility. A lot of them have been there for 25-30 years which says a lot. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Thank you for your comments about our community. We were thrilled to read your comments about the patience and understanding shown by our dedicated team, a number of whom have worked here for many years. It takes a great team to make a great community and we are proud of the team we have at The Forum. Earning recommendations from our families is a great compliment and we are honored that we've received yours.
We chose The Forum because of the location as well as the the reputation. I worked in the medical field for years and some of my patients had lived here. Her room size is very good, the others I have seen are adequate for the needs. I think it is a very pretty location, it is on a beautiful plot of land with a lot of trees far from busy streets. I would definitely recommend them to others looking. We toured during covid and it made a lot of difference that they wanted us and encouraged us to come into the facility rather than doing a virtual tour. It allowed us to see all parts of the facility rather than just the rooms.

Thanks for your feedback on the community. It is great to read that you had a good impression of the community as a medical professional, and that we have lived up to that positive reputation since your loved one has been here. We appreciate your comments about our beautiful setting and how accommodating the team was when you initially visited us. Now that we are inviting guests for tours we encourage others to come pay us a visit as well!
Unfortunately the facility needs serious updating. Repairs in the memory care facility courtyard have not been done in 9 months Furniture needs to be replaced with furniture that can be cleaned and is not upholstered. Carpets should be replaced with something that can be mopped. Bathrooms lack proper rails for support around the toilets. Residents should be taken out daily for walks and fresh air

I am the Executive Director and The Forum at the Woodlands it is our goal to exceed expectations for all our residents, families and guests. Please contact me directly at your convenience so that I may better understand your concerns and can look to address them in the future. Note that during this time we have halted all non-critical renovations and construction in our community and are supplementing in-room activities and programming to keep residents engaged and from feeling isolated while visits are suspended.
The community is beautiful - lots of woods. We had a good tour and everybody we met was nice. They were professional and they were able to give us answers we needed. We needed 3 meals a day and a huge bedroom for a king size bed. When we were shown around the community the bedroom was not large enough. They were not fitting for our needs.
We toured this facility and it was very nice. If anything, the tour was a bit rushed, but it was just fine besides this.

I am the Executive Director. Thank you so much for saying that our community is very nice. I’d also like to say that we aim for a Five Star experience for all of our guests so we ask that you accept our apologies for feeling a bit rushed. Please call me so that I can invite you back to dine with us and enjoy a more leisurely visit to The Forum. I look forward to our time together.
This is a nice community for the care. The staff is caring and nice. My mom does like the community, but it does need some small improvements. My mom says that the meals are good and sometimes she is not pleased with the meals. They offer activities for her to participate and she does enjoy that they have a lot of options, but they need more for the residents. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
we toured this community and liked the environment of the community. the staff was kind and helpful to answer the questions that we had. The menu and the activities would have been helpful for my father. We wanted a more home feeling from a community, but other families should consider this community for care for a loved one.
My parents are doing well since their move to this community. They haven't complained about anything yet, and I'am comfortable with their move to this community. They have had some turn over since their move, and some changes in the administration. However it isn't a negative issue, it just something new to get use too. This is a good, safe community, and I would recommend it. It is working out well for my family.
When I was searching for a community for my father, I toured The Forum At The Woodlands. It was a good tour, the tour guide was able to give me good information and answer any questions. The facility itself was clean, and it was a good experience to tour, but I found another place that fit my father's needs a little better.
I enjoyed my tour of this community, it is a very nice community. The community appeared to be well maintained, and everything looked nice. The staff was kind, and informative. My questions were answered. I did find another community that was easier to get into overall. However I did like this community.
I would say my tour of this community was okay. The community appeared to be much older compared to the other community I toured. There is some updating they need to make around the facility. I felt like this community is over priced, considering the appearance of the community.
We toured this community for my in laws in their needs. Our tour went well, this is a pretty nice community. Everything appeared to well-kept, and maintained. The staff we met was friendly. It was a good experience, everyone was very kind to us.
We toured this community when looking for my mother. It's very large and all one floor. We felt that my mother wouldn't adjust as well because of the size. She also enjoys looking out the window at the trees and the view in the room was of parking lot and people walking by.
This is an older community and it did not seem very clean when we toured. The people we met were nice. The rooms were small and they had the feeling of a hospital room.

I am the Director of Sales and our team is very interested in your comments. First, let me thank you for your observation that our people are nice - that means a lot! While our maintenance and housekeeping departments are working each and every day to keep our community attractive - we take your impressions very seriously. We have walked the grounds and buildings to be sure that we are ready to present at our best. I would also like to say that we have a variety of floor plans to accommodate personal preferences and I can show you some options. Please give me a call as I would very much like learn more detail about your experience and how we can improve. Thank you for your consideration.
This is a very nice community. The price was a little more than what we were looking for, The community was bigger and the structure would have been more for my mom than what she could do financially. I highly recommend that families tour this very pleasant community for the care of a loved one's needs.
I had a a good tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and courteous. The community looked good, they do a good job with the cleanliness. It was a pretty nice experience, but I didn't feel that this was the community for me.
During our tour I had noticed that the complex they had was geared more towards an independent living. It was very spread out and and everyone looked like they had to do everything on there own. I have no complaints of the staff and everything looked neat and well maintained, my mother just needed more assistance then what they had to offer.
The community was always very clean and well maintained. The place had a very warm welcoming feel to it. The staff is wonderful, they were always very friendly with my loved one while she lived there. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.
The Forum at the Woodlands is a beautiful community. The staff was very professional and attentive, I went for multiple tours and they answered all of my questions. There is a large variety of activities that stimulate the mind. The place has won awards and is next to a gorgeous lake. The complex also has a pool. The quality of living at this place is amazing. We did not go with this community simply because of location.
