The staff communication was good with the family. Any questions we had were answered quickly, anything medically needed was tended to very fast and communicated well. For us, what I think the community did best was the whole move in process. We were in a bit of an emergency because the rehab our loved one was at was horrible. They moved our loved one in fast and truly worked exceptionally hard to get them in, and settled pretty much in 24hrs. They didn't have to go out of their way like that and we were very grateful for this.... Read more

The crossings at Webb Bridge; when we toured the facility the Director, [name removed], was very cheerful engaging and Welcoming. The facility was understaffed with full-time employees. And I many of them were engaging and could redirect their residence however the part-time staff are seem to be unprepared. I one evening my dad took the window out and escaped. The window situation was never taken care of. But dad was moved to a new room. At this point [name removed] became unfriendly, rude to my dad and put him in private dining. The facility did not have the ability to redirect nor handle dementia situations due to [name removed] inability. Three times the ambulance was called to take dad to the ER. Each time I got to the hospital the staff did not know why he was there because he only needed to be redirected. All this during Covid. I was called at all hours of the day to come and sit or sleep on the floor next to my dad

Due to changes in the corporate policies the building is going through a decline. My mom was left in the same clothes and diaper for two days. She has a pressure wound on her bottom now. The air conditioning is not functioning and neither is the fire alarm system. It buzzes constantly. Bathrooms and rooms are dirty. I saw no one cleaning while I was there for 5 days taking care of mom and getting her moved out. Food is sub par for the price you pay.

We toured with The Crossings at Webb Bridge Road and liked the facility and the gal giving the tour was great. They seemed to have lots of activities provided for the residents, but it just did not seem like my loved one was going to fit in here.

August 8, 2022Thank you so much for taking time to share your kind words with us. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with our staff and our services. We strive to create a welcoming and happy community for your loved one.
Our loved one was only there for a short while but during that time the staff were very good to work with for the most part. Every time our mother called with a question they were right there to answer it, they also kept us very informed.

July 28, 2022Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed our family cookout. Our staff aims to provide high quality care and activities for our residents at our community.
We recently toured The Crossings at Webb Bridge and was very impressed by the community. We were introduced to the managers and staff. They seemed so happy to help us and answered all our questions. We really felt at home. We even watched the residents play a game. We were so excited to move our love one to the community. Unfortunately, our loved one passed away before we could make the move. If your looking for a memory care community to call home, this is the place.

The facility is beautiful, and so far it' s been a pretty good experience. But we're still adjusting. I like that they specialize in dementia care, and they've done a good job of getting my loved one to doctors appointments. I've been very pleased with that. My loved one says the food is very good. Activities are pretty good, but because it's a dementia unit, they can't really go anywhere. Covid has made activities harder as well. They do what they can, but I'd like to see them take bus rides and things, and do more in general. Sometimes I see my loved one wearing other people's clothes - so know that the laundry tends to get mixed up. I did see urine stains on the couch one time too. It might have just happened right before I got there. When I told them, the woman I spoke to said they would get housekeeping on it right away.

This is a very good community. The communication from the staff to the family, and the staff is easily approachable and will address any concerns you may have all stand out to me. They also have a once a month activity for the family to participate in.

Our family had an in person tour and The Crossings community is a very nice facility, but it seemed like it was more geared towards assisted living which our loved ones needs memory care.
My favorite facility. The facility is very welcoming, clean and fresh. The bedrooms looked light and bright. The shared BR only shares the bathroom and not the sleeping. I think this would be a good fit. Program activities sound great.

We move from my father-in-law from another community to this community. It is a beautiful facility, and actual registered nurse on site. Good patient to staff ratio. The community itself is well designed, they have creative activities. They allow a family member come in and have one meal free a day with the resident.
