A very caring environment.
All of the staff are extremely helpful and caring. They keep me well informed of my Mother’s condition. My Mother is given 2 choices for each meal, food is presented on yellow plates to promote interest in eating.

Review for Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls
My mom and me had good experiences. I would highly recommend the place.The staff from day one with the tour were very nice.We both made friends.The staff from the caretakers to the chef were all so nice to both of us.I miss talking to them.The cost is a little pricy but it's worth the care .I'm sorry I'm all over the place with this text.The place is very clean compared to others. Again staff was great!I would also like to say thank you for your organization. Your research and setting the tours up was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful community
Wonderful, clean and inviting community. You will always feel like you are coming home when you walk into the community. You are immediately greeted and everyone you walk by smiles and speaks with you.

Excellent Service
My grandfather lived at Sunrise. The staff was warm, attentive, and caring. He made many friends. I was able to sleep well knowing he was there. That alone was was priceless. Would recommend to anyone.

I liked sunrise, especially, the dog. The halls were very dark and narrow to me, and rooms seemed small. The price tag was not small!

A very nice place
I'm currently paying [price removed] per day for them to give out 4 Tylenol (two pills, twice a day), and that isn't something I like at all. Tylenol isn't good for you in the first place, so if it were up to me it wouldn't happen. Once a day maybe would be fine, but 4 Tylenol per day and for the price, are both ridiculous. That's not what it was when she first went in, but its changed a bit. Before it was [price removed] a day, which is still a lot. If they could give it to her at bedtime, that would be better. I understand I can't visit multiple times a day to give it to her, but that's a lot of money for Tylenol. In that particular situation, it does seem like someone is trying to take advantage.
Other than that, they're very nice and they take good care of her. She tries to sleep too much sometime and they don't stop her, which I understand they really can't because she'll do what she wants and they have to allow her.
Other places have a flat rate, and don't charge you for each thing, but it just seemed like the people here were so nice during our tour and interactions. I love the people, the residents are very nice and the people who work here are as well. Sometimes she eats, sometimes she doesn't, but they do try and get her downstairs at least once per day. If she doesn't come down, they'll take her meals up. For the most part and from what I've seen, they do take really good care of them and they care about what they want. I have everything good to say about the community, except for the medication management. I think that they should be able to add that cost in with the extra care. My loved one isn't able to do much on her own, and I don't want her to go anywhere else. I think for the most part, she is more familiar with the people there. There are even a couple people that she gets excited to see!
Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls is a very nice place, an awesome place actually. I love the people, they are so sweet and they're very welcoming. Again, my only issue is the medication management, but as far as everything and everyone else, its good. They do her laundry well, they leave no stains in her clothing, even after she spills.

A good place for mom
I would tell others to just be hands on just to make sure everything is going alright. My mother was here during covid and they had good protocols. The facility was beautiful and the people were friendly. The value for the money was better than some others that we looked into in the area. We had a short experience but all in all, it was a nice place.

Our tour experience
Our family had an in person tour and everything was really good if the community was a little bit closer of a drive this would of been our first choice. We really liked how the custom made the rooms to look like little communities. They also entertained the idea of our loved one being able to live on the assisted living side and not over on the memory care side.

A good place for loved ones
Every time we are able to visit the community has been nothing but clean and the staff have been wonderful. Our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining service, and we think the field trip activities are still shut down. Compared to other communities in the area the value for cost is very reasonable.

We did a virtual tour with this community and the staff was very nice and informative. I don't like the virtual tours but that is not the community's fault they did everything they could to give us the information needed and to show us the community safely.

I would recommend it
We love Sunrise community, we think it has been great and the staff members have all been very friendly. The director knows us, and is always keeping us informed. There were many reasons we chose this community and the price was one of the biggest reasons. Also, it is very close to our family, just a couple minutes drive time and 10 minutes walking. It is in a residential area, which is super nice. Our loved ones apartment is amazing, the staff treat him very well as well as the other residents. Our experience has just been great, our only issue is still the covid restrictions. Everyone who works there and everyone who lives there has been fully vaccinated so we are not sure why the residents are still restricted.

Good experience with Sunrise
We chose Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls because when we visited my parents really liked the atmosphere and surroundings. They also chose it because of the room sizes, they are very nice and spacious. I have eaten here before and the food is good. my favorite part about the community so far has been the that the staff members are very caring and giving. there is a good community feeling here. I would recommend.

My mom lives at Sunrise in Cuyahoga Falls in the memory care unit. I can't begin to express how grateful our family is for the people who lovingly take care of her. The caregivers are so kind, so wonderful, such amazing people. It's also a really beautiful place, and so welcoming to visitors (before Coronavirus shut everything down). They also had frequent family activities, as well as daily planned activities for the residents. It really does feel like home there. I most highly recommend this facility.
