2020. Criminal activity is rampant in this building. Police won't even come most of the time. There are gangs that dominate and abuse others living there. Poisoning animals, bullying the weaker .These gangs (more than one), gang up in concert get a number of people to call the police against those that try to stand up. Management is aware of the problem and turns a blind eye. Management has taken property that doesn't belong to them. Of course they will deny. Investigations into this province run facility is over due. They should identify the culprits, isolate the vulnerable and get help in there immediately. I have lived there and have fallen victim to these very people I speak of. I do know there names and would testify before an inquiry if requested. Please do yourself a favor and run from this building. Groups of people that control food to others there are stealing or packing their friends bags with good stuff and leaving others to eat garbage. A regular hellhole. Avoid at all cost, unclean, junkies spreading germs through unhygenic practices. The province should close the building down. Drug activity is still rampant but is more discrete to to cameras. But that still does not stop beatings from happening. Shame on management. Shame on the food run charity that if naive and lets it happen. Shame on management for their criminal allowance and compliance. Shame. Shame. Shame.

I am not impressed with the facilty it has very nosey residents that seem to have a prison type mentality allways looking for there extra scoop of potatoes. The new manger seems to think he is allowed to pry into residents private lives by asking the person of interests nieghbors about there boy freinds or girl freinds lives and comings and goings . I guess it is because of their camera system they have they seem to be preoccupied looking at the residents instead [removed] that wander the halls. If you want to live in an aqaurium
