Stopped in for a quick look at the room. Two of the residents were out in the living room/kitchen area; one had a loved one visiting and the two caregivers were in the kitchen. [Name removed] was very nice and friendly. The price was very reasonable.

There are no words to Express the greatness of this place, the nurses, and [name removed]. We put my grandfather here after he fell in a nursing home, having to be placed in the hospital. Before that, I would visit him daily at the nursing home and noticed he received minimal attention, sometimes going up to 45 minutes with his buzzer going off, and no one coming. At Serein, he was waited on hand and foot. He had a partial stroke while here, and while in the hospital they wanted to put him in rehab, he refused and all he kept saying was "I want to go home to [name removed]"...one of his 3 nurses. My grandfather was in end stage liver failure a year ago, and just passed. I truly believe he would have not made it as long as he did had it not been for the care he received at Serein house. I saw him 2, sometimes 3 times a week, anytime I wanted. Never even suspected abuse or neglect. He was always dressed, clean, fed, had a drink next to him, and had his favorite shows turned on. Please believe me when I say this us where you want your loved one.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. The place had a very positive environment, and they seemed to provide a good level of care as well.
