Legend has been awesome with a difficult adjustment. The leadership staff as well as the caregivers have been supportive and have offered assistance above & beyond what we pay for. Care staff members are well trained and truly caring. New staff has been consistently added as occupancy increases. Legend recently won an award as a great place to work—turnover is very low. In addition, there are great amenities here & the activities are good as well.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
We toured & reviewed several options before choosing Legend & have been very happy with the choice. The facility itself is quite new & very attractive & well cared for. But the more important aspect is the care level & attitude of staff from the director on down to care staff, all of whom are visible & involved in all parts of the service, from helping in the dining room to making sure assistance is provided. We experienced significant adjustment issues & were supported and provided with care & guidance in managing that issue, beyond what we might have expected. Of course, the food is good & there are activities as well, plus some amenities we found nowhere else. Pricing is competitive. All in, an excellent choice based on a few months residency.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Do not put your love ones in this place they pay for the service but won’t get things done house keeping don’t clean your place it’s nasty to be not even 9 months old food is bad you get same thing all time carestaff has to do the kitchen tables when they should be doing our laundry or cleaning if you push your call button you are waiting for a while not good nice place but no service carestaff don’t stay long due to too much stressReviewed on A Place For Mom
