This place has really gone down hill in the last year after previous owners [name removed] and [name removed] sold. APS is always in for investigations. New owner only care about money and NOT qaulity of care. Turnover rate is horribly high, the facility is constantly running out of wipes, briefs AND GLOVES along with being extremely dirty only providing watered down soap and not following proper covid protocol. This facility has been thru multiple nurses and Administrators since they sold as well. Current Admin is allowing new staff to train new staff on caregiving and Med passes. Overall this place is an overpriced disaster! I would never consider placing a family member here, and if they were here I would move them out as soon as possible.
This facility has gone down hill over the last year. A close friend of ours has been staying here for years prior to the old owners selling. Once sold the staff has gotten alot worse and supplies have dwindled down to bare minimum sometimes going without even wipes for days at a time. There is lack of care and compassion and it is very dirty
Due to covid the meals were having to be delivered to their rooms. It is pretty expensive when it comes to the value but we would still recommend this community to others.
next to Elizabeth Leach Botanical Garden. looks small from outside. at busy intersection. parking in back. 40 beds. each hall has community showers. 1:10 nurse to resident ratio. Owner is RN. another LPN of staff. end of life. spend down ok 40% discount for shared room! but rooms are small. has private dinning room for guests. medicaid ok. arranges 30-day home health?
They are giving my Mother in law the care she needs. We have good communication with the staff. They encourage her to participate in the daily activities. She seems to like the food. They keep the community clean. I would recommend this community for people that need a little more attention than assisted living but do not need memory care.
