As the title says this place is no longer a senior living place, while some of us that are over the age of 55, ST has decided to allow much younger tenets move in. I have lived here for two years now and sadly the place continues to go down. The building is a NON-Smoking building, although you couldn't tell by all of the smokers and marijuana smokers and the smell throughout the building. The building is a part of the Southgate Apartments now managed by Pepper Pike. While everyone has a right to live anywhere they please the fact that this place allows a much younger crowd has now become a place of loud music, noise, car racing engines, alarms going off all day, and graffiti all while raising the rent $100 and the all the new appliances and remodeling is being done to the other buildings while this one is in need of serious remodeling and clean up. If you are looking for a place to live peacefully like this place used to be look for 55+ and do not rent to younger.
