Over Medicate clients, don’t ever take them to doctors appointments , or on any outings. Only watch the news, no activities. Don’t feed clients enough. Don’t spend money appropriately, do not communicate with family, dishonest. Do not send your loved one here.

They quoted us a price for a private room by herself, and then moved my mother into a shared room for the same price. The cleanliness is not real good (cobwebs, dust, etc.) They also seem to be a bit understaffed. Mother is doing ok there but it has not been as good of an experience as we were hoping for. Overall mom is doing ok and is comfortable but there are certainly some room for improvement.
