The weekday staff is wonderful. Great communication with the family from the nursing staff. The care givers are kind and attentive. The weekend staff, not as much. The Director of the facility is very responsive. The Activity Director is fabulous, so kind and patient with everyone. Also involving everyone and with a positive disposition. The food is good, per my mother. I would recommend Regency Park Assisted Living to others.... Read more

The facility is very clean and the staff very friendly. Probably need more caregivers. I liked the staff. All very welcoming. Now that my loved one is there ,They continue to work with me regarding their needs. Also a factor is closeness to my home and value for price.

I picked this community for my loved one because, of the responsiveness to my loved ones needs.
This was the first community that I looked at. It was very nice and this was the second choice it was just hard to get in and out of due to the location. They also did not offer transportation for Dr. appointments which was needed. It was all one level like I wanted also.
They are very clean, very attentive to the residence, and worth your money. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Regency Park Assisted Living because we liked the intimacy of it compared to the big facilities that we saw. It is medium sizes community. The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained. It is broken into wings based off of care. The care here seems very personal and you can tell that the staff members have an affection for my mom and I am sure that is the same for other residents relationships as well. My mom absolutely loves the food here, they are chef prepared meals. They have done a remarkable job in reacting to the pandemic and are taking great care of their residents. I would absolutely recommend this community.

The staff is kind, invested in the well being of the residents. If anything happens to my loved one, the staff will call me and let me know. They are trying to keep us in the loop, due to COVID. They are allowing virtual visits, and the staff will help the families and residents with this.

We chose Regency Park Assisted Living because of the all inclusive cost, when I took my mother here she liked it, the people are very nice as well as the staff members. They have been doing a lot with the residents especially since COVID while keeping them socially distanced. They are doing activities such as arts and crafts, bingo, music over zoom, etc. They were just doing Skype calls and the maintenance guy built a Plexiglas box so now we can go for visits. With all the stuff going on, they have been wonderful and i cannot say enough good things about Regency Park. There are a lot of residents who have been here even before my mom and they seem very happy. I would absolutely recommend and have.

This community is ideal for those who do not need memory care and for those who are more independent. The community is typically very clean and the staff is very friendly. The overall care was very good as well. They provided a lot of activities for the residents.

We loved our tour guide. She was knowledgable, warm, welcoming. We liked that it was one level. It felt homey. However the rooms were very small and residents much older than mom. We feel she's too vibrate for this setting at this time

I wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars! It's obvious from the moment you walk in the door that each and every person on staff at Regency Park is dedicated to the residents and to the part they each play in keeping it the facility running like a well-oiled machine. Compassion and care are interwoven throughout. My Aunt has been there for the past 3-1/2 months, and she has been the happiest I have seen her in a long time. Talking to her on the phone has become a joy instead of a chore. Even though she said, at first, that she wouldn't participate in anything, she has become an active part of many of the activities. She loves telling me about them......and I love hearing it! Thank you, Regency, for bringing my Aunt back to life!!! You're going to find a lot of choices available to you when you're looking to place your loved one, and Regency Park is not one of the least expensive you'll find. But do your absolute best not to put a price tag on the health and well-being of someone you truly care for. When it comes to Regency Park, they are definitely in a category all their own. They have the most attentive, empathetic, and adaptable staff caring for your loved one. And, who can put a price on that?!!

Dad needed more care than they seemed able to do. He was still active but needed stimulation, their idea of stimulation was interacting with the other residents. He is not a joiner so spent most of his time in his room sleeping. He was gone for three weeks and they never even made his bed. His toilet got clogged and they recommended he use a different bathroom till they could get it fixed. Took three days, how do iou get a patient with dementia to understand not to use his bathroom? We asked about the memory care but was told he would get more stimulation in the assisted living part of the facility. We have since moved him to another facility recomeded by you.

They only care about the surface care. They want the seniors, no matter what their ailment to conform to their schedule their way.

Regency Park was very homey and friendly. The residents were out and about. Definitely more like a large home for residents versus the apartment feel that other places have. The residents' rooms are bedrooms, which was our reason for not choosing it at this time. We are searching for an apartment or large studio as my dad is tall and used to lots of space.

Excellent staff, food and community. Also, a large number of activities for those who want to participate. Any issues are dealt with if communicated to staff.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased and reassured we are about the decision to move our dad into your facility. The realization that he could no longer live in the house he and our mom shared and raised a family in was hard enough, but then we had to put a plan into motion.

The staff are very friendly at Regency Park Assisted living. They are so caring there. They have a lot of activities. At the beginning the staff would call if there were ever any issues. I did get a little annoyed at this but it was more my issue than theirs. Overall I am really happy with this facility.

We toured this community when we were looking into memory care options for our loved one. This was a beautiful place, and I think it really would be a fabulous place to live for someone who only needs assisted living. Unfortunately I was not as impressed with their memory care area, and I didn't think it was somewhere my loved one could be comfortable.

Excellent! We loved it there. The whole atmosphere was amazing. It's off in a suburban type area in the country so that's one good thing. The whole place was congenial. My aunt was there and she got great care. It's immaculate and they just make you feel so good!
