It's the 4th of September 2019 and the elevator has been out of service since August 28th - 1 FULL week! WHY? NO provisions have been made by management to accommodate those on the upper floors for supplies. Have found the management company SLOW to respond to MOST issues, though they take care of them eventually! Totally UNACCEPTABLE! But YES, the onsite manager keeps smiling! Currently contacting the authorities as this is POOR QUALITY management!

Management was unresponsive to calls and facility issues. Power went out and there was not a backup source of power; terrifying for the residents on the second and third floors. Call buttons did not always work.

So far everything is working out pretty well, and my father is doing good here at these senior apartments. These apartments are pretty well maintained, and for the most part nice and clean. The staff have been kind and friendly. I know he is at a nice, good safe location. These are senior apartments that I would recommend.

The only staff I met was the person in management that helped us and she was welcoming and helpful. When we moved my sister in law in the maintenance man and custodian stopped by to welcome her and see if there was anything they could help wit. The community is clean. The activities are run by a resident volunteer.

We are very pleased with our decision to move to Park View. It has been a great experience. The one person that stood out to us here was the property manager Charmaine Paul. She was amazing with everything and we got really good vibes from this community. The residents seemed genuinely nice and were smiling while we toured the facility. We really liked the place. Charmaine was very helpful and spoke to us as if we were family. She made the process of obtaining information a smooth one and with no difficulty at all. The apartments look great and are well maintained. From the dining area to the lounge area, everything looks really nice. It had a "Wow" factor we loved that other community's didn't seem to have. I would highly recommend Park View to others. It is truly a lovely place for a loved one to move into and call home.
