We cannot begin to say how grateful we are for having found this wonderful home for our parents. This place has given us the greatest comfort knowing that our parents are well taken care of. The staff here goes above and beyond our expectations . The one thing that stands out to us when visiting Heritage Pointe is the receptionist [name removed]. When we first met her she was graceful polite respectful and answered all of our questions and made us feel very secure and let us know that if there was anything that we needed that we could call at anytime and we would be taken care of. This receptionist in our eyes receives a five-star.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
Very dated and institutional looking at the two bedroom was also small but probably not the right place.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
My mom has lived in Heritage Pointe for over two years. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They truly watch over residents providing the proper balance of independence and assistance. The amenities are wonderful allowing residents to participate in a wide range of activities that match their interests or allow them to develop new ones. The dining staff is friendly and helpful. There is a strong Jewish cultural environment but it isn't overwhelming to residents can practice at whatever level fits their comfort.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
