The community has been very caring to my loved ones. The staff is very easy to reach if you have questions or concerns. I usually hear back within an hour during normal hours if leaving a voicemail.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
My mom seems to be adjusting to her new home wonderfully, she loves the activities can't call her until after 8:30 in the evening, she is that busy! Her apartment is lovely and bright seems like a wonderful place to be,staff is awesome and so friendly and careing.

Thank you for your positive review! We have a great staff and genuinely care for all our residents, and it shows. Thank you for the recommendation, it means a lot to us. Please feel free to reach out at any time to us at any time with any and all questions and concerns; we are always here for you and your family.
The very first night she was put here my mom fell and broke her hip and had to go to the ER and never went back to Pacifica Senior Living. They promised me they would give me the money back and I never got anything. I reached out several times and then all of a sudden communication was cut off from me. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to others looking for loved ones who have dementia.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
