My furniture is used from my home, also my sheets, towels, kitchen items and etc. Basic cleaning is done about every two weeks. Repairs are done promptly as needed. People here are helpful and good about answering questions, etc. I provide my breakfast and snack items. Also, my own correspondence items and reading materials. Halls and common rooms are clean and neat. It all works out very well and my apartment is comfortable.
