The staff members are always very friendly and concerned about our loved one, they call us anytime something comes up. The care services that they provide are excellent. Our loved one really enjoys the meals they serve, and they have a calendar that lists all the activities the residents can participate in.
My mom lived at North Pointe for 5 years and loved living there. Very caring atmosphere.
The team at North Pointe worked with us well from the beginning. They answered all our questions, returned all our phone calls and emails promptly and bent over backwards to make our tight finances work. They also worked closely with the hospital to keep our family from doing the unfamiliar legwork. My entire family is pleased with the service and the facility.
The people who work and live here are good. Everyone is nice and I'm being taken care of.
Everyone is so nice to me and I'm taking such great care of. The food is amazing. And I love the activities.
New resident. Everyone has been very sweet. Enjoying the food.
I like the TV and I like the people.
Everyone just well, no complaints. Food has been fine. Care staff, wonderful, have to do a lot.
Living here is fine, it always meets my needs. Room sufficient for her. Staff takes care of her nicely. Love activities, attend the Devotion every morning. If she has a problem she would go to ED.
Like everything that community offers.
Building clean. Like the room I'm in. The staff are good and enjoy the fellowship of the other residents.
Food is good
You do everything possible to make us feel like we are home. Can't make everyone happy but will do good job at trying.
Very satisfying. Staff gets her all she needs. If she has to pick a place to live like this, she would pick North Pointe again. The food is good. The service is good. Very satisfied with staff they have been very good to her. Can't walk up hallway without ladies in office speaking to her.
Everything and everyone has been great.
This community is dirty. It needed new carpet. My loved didn't have a nurse for months. The community is slow at hiring new nurses, and my loved one waited a while for a new nurse. The staff is overworked and not enough workers
We haven't found anything that is dirty or deteriorating. It might be beneficial if they had more activities and if they encouraged the residents more to participate in those activities. The care is good as well. The price is a little expensive, however it seems to be worth it given the level of care.
North Pointe is a very warm and family oriented place. The staff makes you feel loved and your care is essential to the workers. Mom is in the memory care unit and its great.
They really don't know anything about dementia. My husband was too active for them to handle. The residents there all seemed sedated with their heads hung down sitting in wheelchairs.. They told me not to come and visit him. But after two days I went to visit and they sent him to the hospital after I told them not to send him. The staff were not trained at all. Then they refused to accept him back to the community. I contacted the administrator by phone and email but she never got back to me. They also charged me for the community fee and three weeks three even though he was only there for two days total. The was a terrible experience for us.
My mom moved into North Point Assisted Living four years ago. She resisted leaving her home, but once there never looked back with regret. She enjoyed socializing with other residents, the games, activities and musical programs. She recently moved into the memory care unit, a difficult transition for anyone to make. But she has been treated with love and gentle care since making the change. Activities are planned for family members to take part in. Our decision for Mom to move into North Pointe has been a great one for us! [Name removed]
