At North Pointe, we have a plethora of community features. Frequent off-site experiences and day trips are very popular with our residents. Pets such as dogs and cats are allowed in private rooms. We offer free wi-fi and high speed internet. Our location conveniently offers resident parking and guest parking. Free move-in is currently being offered.
We provide residents with meals throughout the day. It's our pleasure to accommodate visiting guests, meals provided. We haven't found anything that is dirty or deteriorating. It might be beneficial if they had more activities and if they encouraged the residents more to participate in those activities. The care is good as well. The price is a little expensive, however it seems to be worth it given the level of care.

They really don't know anything about dementia. My husband was too active for them to handle. The residents there all seemed sedated with their heads hung down sitting in wheelchairs.. They told me not to come and visit him. But after two days I went to visit and they sent him to the hospital after I told them not to send him. The staff were not trained at all. Then they refused to accept him back to the community. I contacted the administrator by phone and email but she never got back to me. They also charged me for the community fee and three weeks three even though he was only there for two days total. The was a terrible experience for us.

My mom moved into North Point Assisted Living four years ago. She resisted leaving her home, but once there never looked back with regret. She enjoyed socializing with other residents, the games, activities and musical programs. She recently moved into the memory care unit, a difficult transition for anyone to make. But she has been treated with love and gentle care since making the change. Activities are planned for family members to take part in. Our decision for Mom to move into North Pointe has been a great one for us! [Name removed]
