Staff and residents are a family! Very involved in local community.

Staff and residents are a family! Beautiful place! You can’t find a better home for your mom/dad. Activities are awesome. The residents are really an active part of the local community.

A great place for the active elderly

Morada/ Waterford is a great place for alternative living for the elderly who want to be on their own, but just are not quite able to. They supply all but the furniture, phone and internet service. Dad enjoys the meals and bingo. They have other activities, but he just does not do them.

I toured while this facility was still being renovated after Hurricane Harvey flooded it. The apartments seemed to be to be roomy, but I did not have a chance to see what it was really like.
