She is much more alert and awake as a result. The move-in process was exceptionally smooth and easy. They provide the furniture and a checklist of items to supply. After I gave my consent, the Director made contact with the rehab facility that my mother was in and coordinated her discharge. The meals are homemade and smell delicious! The building is kept very clean and straight. There are a few choices for relaxing outdoors. There is a huge screened-in porch with lots of seating; a covered front porch with rocking chairs; an enclosed courtyard. There is also a walking path that goes around the backyard and building. I am very happy with the level of care that my mother receives. She is no longer ambulatory or continent. The staff does a great job with keeping her neat and clean. They are always helpful and friendly and they let me know how she is doing. The place has a homey feel to it. Communication is easy. Any time I have questions, the manager makes sure to answer them fully. If follow-up is required, she makes sure to get back to me. The Manager is very nice and welcomes questions. She gave me her cell phone number so I can text or call at any time. I highly recommend the facility.
