I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. I have recommend them in the past. The community is small. The staff are quick to respond to your concerns and the communication with the family is good. My loved one was cleaned and well cared for while they were here.
Unfortunately our loved one had a hard time adjusting so their stay was not very long, but the friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us. They were very accommodating and when we were explaining to them why we were taking our loved one out they were very gracious. We felt comfortable having our loved one there during the covid environment, we did not see any leniency with the protocols, and we felt our loved one was very safe and secured.
The only reason mom left was because her money was running out and where she is not they will keep her. We were sad to leave because everyone was to nice and loving to mom. They really did take care of her and we were so appreciative because that's our mom! Thank you [name removed] miss you!
We think it is a very homey place, they seemed to not only be concerned about the residents but their families as well. We think they have done a great job this past year, we are glad we put out loved one here
I would say to check this community out for your loved one. I have seen several activities displayed on their Facebook page. This has been helpful for us to still see our loved ones. They have painting, decorations, birthday celebrations, and other holiday celebrations are a few activities available for the residents. I am very pleased with this community for my loved one.
I really like the food and the staff is very helpful. My new home!
I love the staff and have nice neighbors.
Loves everyone. It's my home and I can be free here.
Love the people and the Staff is wonderful.
I like the experience. I am getting what I pay for. I enjoy the staff and I love the food.
I really like the people. Love the food and staff is great!
Loves the food and enjoys the people.
All the staff managers and members at Mansfield Place on every shift, in every department deserve to be recognized! Not only for facing this pandemic head-on, but for doing an awesome job every single day. Now more than ever, those frontline workers have the special career of taking the best care possible of our parents and grandparents. [name removed] and I sing their praises sharing our appreciation and gratitude for our Mansfield Place Family. My father truly is blessed to be a resident!
Beautiful and homey place to call home! Wonderful and caring staff!
Great staff and environment, love it!
We moved my father into Mansfield Place just three weeks before the Covid 19 Pandemic Quarantine occurred. I was understandably concerned! My father hadn't quite gotten accustomed to the staff, surroundings OR the routine there. They really stepped up to the plate as far as making this a comfortable transition for both the residents and their family members. They have given extra care and it shows. By walking up to my fathers window to check in on him I have realized that he is safe, clean and healthy. This is quite a relief to me.
We love the warm, friendly atmosphere of the Mansfield Place. It's smaller size is such a plus for our family resident making it feel more intimate ... like home. We appreciate the staff's friendliness and care. They've done a terrific job in trying to provide stimulating activities especially during this Covid19 pandemic where visitors are no longer able to come and go for safety's sake.
Mansfield Place continues to be a wonderful home for my father! The facility is decorated just like your own home, so comfortable when you walk in. There is a locked front door and you must be coded in/out by a staff member for the safety of all! Smiling friendly faces and hellos from staff and residents greet you! The caring staff look out for the health and wellness of the residents, treating them with love like their own parent or grandparent. They are so patient, taking time to help each one with their specific level of needs and pay attention to the necessary details. Residents enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment; daily, weekly, monthly, as well as family activities. All the holidays are celebrated with decorations and a lot of enthusiasm! Each apartment has a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, full bathroom with shower, large walk-in closet and with plenty of room for your loved one’s furniture and personal things. There is laundry service, housekeeping, three healthy meals served daily in the dining room plus snacks, a beauty shop weekly, maintenance person on staff as needed, foot doctor regularly, therapy is available in house with doctor’s orders, lovely garden room and outside enclosed garden/patio area. A truly amazing place, they go above and beyond, making you feel like one big family!
Great service! Smiles from all staff & wonderful food!
