Clearwater Agritopia is seated inside the greater planned community development of Agritopia in Gilbert. Residents of Clearwater Agritopia have the opportunity to experience the uniqueness of the surrounding Agritopia community first-hand within walking distance of their apartment. Featuring a central farm, community garden, and orchard, along with local restaurants and craftsmen. The Agritopia community has a small town feel with friendly resident homeowners and streets lined with trees and front porches, providing a safe and friendly area for residents to walk and experience the beauty of the area.

Amazing Community !!!!
Clearwater Agritopia is a beautiful and clean community. The staff is always available for any needs and go above and beyond to communicate with eachother to make sure the residents and families have what they need. The activities provided are some of the best I have seen in all other communities. I love this area even the rest of the neighborhood is a place we wish we could all live. Hands down one of my favorite Assisted Livings and Memory Cares.

Top of the line facility and staff!
This is the nicest assisted living facility I have ever seen. The combination of excellent facilities and the most kind and helpful staff makes this a dream come true. Life is hard enough as we get older. Having a place that does such a good job sure makes things better.

one family's experience
My in laws have not been satisfied with the overall quality of their experience at Clearwater Agritopia. The change of ownership hasn't improved the overall care. As a family we don't get feedback from the medical staff who administer medication, unless they are running out of meds. There have been a few times when we question whether the medication was administered correctly but not able to get in direct contact with the right staff member. Their room has had problems with leaks in the plumbing and it took a long time to repair. They don't have many activities for my mother in law, who struggles with memory issues. With the high cost of living there, we had hoped for a better experience for them.

Our first Impression holds true - a home away from home.
Overall, my loved ones have had a lot of people reach out to them with friendship and to welcome them. They have enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. LivGenerations is understaffed, but everybody is right now. They haven't done a lot with activities due to Covid. But the ones they've had are great. There has been a little bit of lack of communication around details regarding medication distribution. I feel like I'm a little bit too involved in that. But overall, it's a really good value.

Do not put your love ones in this place..PLEASE, we tried for over a year with these people, records are not updated, they forgot to give meds, very dirty and most important they truly do not care about your family and it’s all about the money. The mgmt at this location is sarcastic and everything falls on def ears.

This was a great tour for my father's care. The staff was nice and the community was clean with a good environment. We wanted a community closer to home. They have a lot to offer on the menu and the activities. We would recommend this community for all the benefits of care and comfort.

They Are Prompt And Address My Concerns
I am settle in and in a better place that fits my needs. They have more activities that I wanted and they take me to doctor appointments. They have doctors on 24 hour house-call that come to my room. It has been 5 weeks and I am able to move over the independent side. At times they run out of menu items but I can ask for anything I want. They are great and I highly recommend them.
