The staff is very responsive to the residents and families. There has been a lot of turnover. The food is being delivered to the residents in their rooms, overall my loved one likes the food. and temperature My loved one enjoys it here.

They are horrible. I wouldn't recommend the community to anyone. There is so high turnover of staff. There was a time that my loved one's items were missing. After being there a week, my loved one's wallet was missing. The Executive Director quit during a meeting with family. They that me know, especially the sales person, that I could visit my loved one with a mask on, and then I could come in and visit. I feel it was a bait and switch. I moved my loved one out of the community, and I wouldn't pay the balance until my loved one's records were sent over to the new community after requesting them several times. I feel the community is overpriced.

I was very excited when we moved my mom in 1.5 years ago -- it was very new, clean, bright, upbeat. My mom had some complaints, but nothing out of the ordinary, food, etc. Then we moved my mom to Memory Care in February, then Covid hit and then everything changed. My mom passed on [date removed] I was finally allowed to see her on the [date removed] when "death was eminent." What I found was very disturbing. I had 24/7 care for her, but that was for her comfort, not to do the job we were paying the staff to do. I walked in and the air conditioning unit had broken at some point, it was fixed but there was a large rust stain running down the wall. There was blood on the walls and floorboards probably from where my mom fell the week before, along with other substances which I can only guess were bodily secretions.. My mom had multiple falls after fracturing her pelvis, and I bet that she was trying to get up and clean. After not seeing my mom for over 3 months, having to sit with her while she went to be with the Lord, looking at the disturbingly unsanitary conditions just made me even more sad for her -- we spent a lot of money here -- and I know that Covid was hard on all of us, but still, these are our loved ones and needed to be treated as such.
