But the marketing director I give 5+ stars. She is just excellent. She's still a great point of contact and answers my questions even though we're well past the admissions process. Overall I think they run a nice place. I really like the building. It has wonderful, wide hallways. The concierge setup is really good at the front desk. The resident rooms are very nice. I love the dining room. It's nice and big with high ceilings and is very attractive and very accessible. As far as I know the food is good, and the residents can choose what they want at each meal. Having that choice is nice. They post a monthly and weekly activities calendar for those who want to participate. They make sure there's church services anywhere from nondenominational to catholic. When they can, they offer outings; they've gone to nice restaurants and they've taken them grocery shopping. They had a wonderful talent show they did last month with all the residents, and that was fun. They have lots of crafts to keep busy, mind games, and socials where they have movies.
