Nobody's perfect and there is an adjustment period, they're very friendly, part of the probnlem is though,. their primary langage is filipino so its a little ahrd to understand them but theyre very nice and very friendly and I'm definitely pleased with the level of care he's recieving. We figured it out eventually, but it got to where it needed to go. They try to get him to do things, they get him up for his meals, they're doing it to where his status is and he's not going to do anything he doesn't want to. I don't have to go there and visit him to make sure everythings done, hes obiously very comfortable and very clean, its the cleanest place ive ever seen. There's no urine smell, theres no old person smell, theres not even a perfumey smell to cover up those smells or the smell of cleaning products, its a legitmate clean.... Read more
