The staff without fail is always courteous. My brother is well cared for. His meds are given on time, and the nursing staff is very knowledgeable about his condition and his needs. Whenever there is an issue I am immediately notified. My brother never complains about his meals and the food has been good when I've eaten there. With the activities, I think this is where the staffing shortage is most noticeable.
