For the value we cannot rate it, sorry I don't have an answer...seems high price to me, but was less than other places, guess it depends on how much mother participates. If she feels safe that's very valuable...again time will tell. We love the view in the dining hall! I have already told others about Vineyard place and A Place for Mom..I think the service you provide is invaluable! They check on people, if they know that they are not going down for meals. They do housekeeping once per week. It's an old building but they keep it fairly updated. They are all friendly. They are always very attentive. My loved one does not really like the food, but they have a new chef, so hopefully it gets better.
