Horrible facility. If you love your parents/aunts/uncles, please DO NOT put them in there. It always smells so horrible, the place looks very dirty, even the bathrooms for visitors were disgusting. Management sucks. [Name removed] doesn’t care one bit about the facility or staff. [Name removed] doesn’t know how to be a managEr, she is lazy and corrupt. She talks bad about her own staff, instigates fights, brushes a lot of things under the rug and doesn’t report a lot of things that happen to save herself. When state licensing comes, they tell staff what to say and tell them not to say anything that is going on. The residents get neglected by management and staff. This place needs to get shut down or get new management team because they don’t know what they are doing. Residents walk around with bm all over, dirty clothes, oh and they had bed bugs in the whole facility not too long ago. The residents have scabies and they stay quiet to save themselves.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
