We are very pleased with mom's move into Heritage Woods of Centralia. The staff is very friendly and they have lots of staff members. It is a very clean, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We have dined there with mom and the food is fine. They offer healthy meal options and other choices if you want something different than what is being served. They have refreshments, fruit, and snacks available all of the time. The guest meals are only 5$. They offer a variety of activities for the residents. They also provide transportation for off-site excursions. Mom is recuperating right now so she hasn't had a chance to participate in the activities yet. They are really good about arranging for a home health nurse to come in and change dressings, they take care of all of that. There are nice places for the residents to get out and enjoy the outdoors. There is a covered patio in the front, in the back a gazebo, shade trees, and nice places to take walks for exercise. I would highly recommend Heritage Woods of Centralia. Everybody in my community says the same thing that this place is great.
