I get a kick out of the picture they show with woman leaning over the couple in suit and dress. there is not any that dress like that for meals. The meals are not elegant simply a meal you would see in a military kitchen such as grub, they do not watch after the residents but instead have them watch after each other . if you have pains it takes a while to get your pain meds or regulars. if you can be there 24 hrs and watch it would be ok but I would not leave anyone there if I couldn't. they do not take actins when medical needs is needed and house dr. is not a good dr.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
this was the worse place I have ever seen in my life I love that pic of the waitress over the couple that is false advertising. those 2 must go and stay at every nursing home their pics are in so many the staff well 90 % is a joke they give RESIDENTS peanut butter sandwiches to watch after other residents so they can do other things like nap and yes I mean nap. they do have great people to come in to perform but I wouldn't put my dog in there when I went on vacation. they had bed bugs in there because it was not kept up .

Very sorry that you seemed to have a negative experience. You may be interested to know that he had no citations on our annual inspection which very few facilities achieve. In addition we have a dietitian who oversees our meal service for proper nutritional value and we have monthly service from our pest control company with records that show we have no pests including bed bugs
They have an onsite doctor, so the resident doesn't have to leave. The community is very friendly. They have meals and you call ahead and eat with your loved one, prior to COVID. The staff makes sure my loved one gets to their room. There is a cell phone in my loved one's room to call us anytime they want. The community doesn't take this away from my loved one. There is a code for family members that come often, they give you a code to get in to see your loved one. The community calls me about once and month, and always has something positive to say about my loved one. Heritage Village gives my loved one an activity to assist other residents to get to dinner and other activities. My loved one says they love it here. The community called and said can we get a fridge for their room, since they weren't going on field trips which the money would've been used for on these outings.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
