Bridging Lives II is a residential care home located in Riverside county, Hemet CA. The caring home provides assistance to seniors in a group home setting. The city of Hemet is famous for being the home of one of the longest running official outdoor plays, The Ramona Pageant. The Arbor Day Foundation has honored the city with being a Tree City USA for the past twenty years. Located south of San Jacinto, it is a picturesque valley that is surrounded by the Santa Rosa Hills and the San Jacinto Mountains. With the exception of Diamond Valley Lake, the city comprises of mostly dry land. The city is also eighty miles (130 km) southeast of downtown Los Angeles.
Knowledgeable staff will provide residents and their guests information about the nearby services, attractions, and events in the community. The caring staff is dedicated to the residents twenty-four hours per day, every day. Because of their constant care and commitment, special amenities are provided including but aren't limited to:

- Feeding assistance
- Meal preparation
Upon their arrival, new residents can begin to make new friends as the staff attends to their needs. The caregivers at Bridging Lives II understand seniors' need to be independent. With the loving assistance of the trained and skilled staff, the residents can live a reasonably independent lifestyle. Freedom gained with the help of the compassionate caretakers will enable for quality time to be spent with guests who are welcome to visit anytime at the home.

The staff and the community are wonderful. The meals are good and they provide a good portion for my loved one. The only thing that I would like to change is that they do not do a good job about the activities....
