So if he started to trend towards assisted living he will not have to move, he can stay in the same apartment. That is a big plus. They were so helpful, they rented us furniture in the unit which he can purchase or replace himself when he wants. That was helpful because he was moving from Florida. They also have a full kitchen with a stove in the units except for memory care. He is still able to make himself his own food if he wants too. I would definitely recommend them to others looking, but talk to them about the food situation. It is either great or horrible, there is no in between. Other than that, the people and all the staff are fabulous. I will say, the nurses and aides that they do have, I really like. Mom's nurse is absolutely phenomenal. I can't rate the food because I've never tried it and mom doesn't like to eat, so she doesn't eat it. They're very accommodating to her, though. As far as getting her broth and things. They also have a smoking area for residents, which we learned during our search is hard to find.
