My father has been living at Fox Trail, in Cresskill, New Jersey for the past three months. While transitioning is never easy, especially for someone with his particular problems, [name removed] the house manager and her staff have been incredibly helpful and understanding towards my Dad. My father looks great, loves the food is very fond of the staff! . I recently visited him and he told me the aide who brought him out to see me was "his favorite." The staff is very caring and patient, considering the circumstances. I'm also very impressed with how they are handling this pandemic that we are presently living through. They are so careful about scheduling appointments for visiting so there are no worries about coming in contact with others who you do not know. Nicola also sends me pictures and videos and we have ongoing discussions about medication changes and his physical needs. She's also been very sensitive towards my mother who likes to visit with my father as much as possible. The entire staff is very dedicated to their residents, which I really appreciate.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
The staff at Cresskill are the most caring and compassionate group of people. They treat my mom like family and that is very comforting to me.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
