I WANT TO GIVE -100% BECUASE THIS PALCE HAS "BLOOD SUCKER" OWNER, THEY RAISE THE RENT FOR ELDERLY EVERY YEAR!
Lived in this building from 2011-2018. My experience: No rent control, therefore, the hungry owner raises rents every year by 100’s Poor, rude, unprofessional, uncooperative administration by [name removed](property mgr) with the highest turn over of office and maintenance personnel No meetings, no activities, whatsoever No security (gates always broken) frequent car vandalism Bed bugs infestation which had a slow response No cleaning service, resulting in elevators, laundry room and hallways being disgustingly dirty They spy your living and who comes and goes in your unit Never refund ($2)for always broken laundry machines, security deposits, etc. TAKEN THEM TO COURT
Went to view. Looks like a hotel.
