There has been no communication in either direction with this community, while other communities have reached out to me. I will not be considering this community at this time - perhaps in the future.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
They didn't have us down for a tour. Waited 15 minutes for someone. The one lady in the office was busy with residents. WE LEFT!!Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
We are delighted thus far with this facility. So glad A Place for Mom steered us here. The staff is very friendly and caring; and all the residents have tried very hard to make my Mom feel like she fits in. She is still pretty confused and anxious about the changes in her life and her new situation (she is 91 yrs old). But we are hopeful that she will soon adjust and adapt and have less anxiety. Realizing that health issues made it impossible for her to continue to live alone, we were very glad to find this as her new home. We have already seen improvements in her appetite and her acceptance of the move in just one week. We are especially glad that medication management is included in the basic fee as this was not the case at any of the other places we visited. It's a process....but we are hopeful she will soon feel at home. We know that she is safer now.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
