With sleek, modern interior design and high-rise views, our senior apartment homes at City Parc have a style that can’t be beat. Our colorful yet classy exterior and well-kept courtyard will make you proud to call this complex home. Located right in downtown Saint Louis, Missouri, City Parc will give you a great opportunity to reconnect with the fabulous culture of this historical city. We are one block from Memorial Park and just a short stroll from Gateway National Park, with its famed and glittering Gateway Arch, serene greenbelt trails, tranquil lakes, and breathtaking Mississippi River views. Our senior apartments are open to anyone 55 years of age and above, and we have an occupancy of 149 residents. The information on this website is full of mis-truths. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and WiFi is far from free. Not only that but you are required to get spectrum. No other internet is allowed and it costs me $60 a month on top of the outrageous rent. The laundry room is filthy and cost 1.50 per load to wash and another $1.50 to dry. There are roaches and bedbugs throughout the building. The building is not secure at all. The website states parking is free but I had to pay for mine and it is NOT secure. The garage door is broken at least 6 months out of the year which means it is no different than a parking lot. It’s supposed to be a building for 55+ but there are more young people and small children than older adults. All the rooms they mention are locked as well as all public bathrooms. I DO NOT recommend living here.
