I'm happy with them overall. The two concierge are extremely friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. The welcome we received was not what we anticipated as it felt flat. They don't have transportation to take the residents out of the community on outings, and I'd like to see this improved. The staff communication with the family is very good with the business manager, nurse, and concierge. There are three meals served to the residents a day and they have choices to choose from. The community has Physical Therapy on site for the residents to use and it has been very good for my loved one. The community is currently undergoing a renovation, and the parking is a hassle for visitors right now.... Read more

We picked this community because, it was the only place that would take my loved one. The communication needs to improve. The facility served a purpose for us. There is lots to say about how they communicated what they could do and what they actually did. In my view, this was a holding cell and my loved one made no progress while there - in part - because of mistakes and miscommunication on their part.

My mother was a resident at Careone ALF for 6 years. She had dementia and passed away [date removed]. From day one, my mother was treated with nothing but respect and dignity. The whole staff was wonderful. When you walked through door , you felt like family. Careone has always gone out of there way to make you feel like you part of their community. I highly recommend this facility . The deserve a 1000 stars for all the work they have to do with our family members.

I would not use CareOne again if I had another choice. We had tremendous difficulties with their pharmaceutical department and billing. They repeatedly billed me through their pharmacy even though we never used them. I reached out to the director multiple times, and they said they would take care of it, but they never would. My husband was not able to take care of himself at the time and they were not providing adequate attention to him. The staff is very nice until they get you in. The nursing staff was very lacking. They didn't have enough qualified care giving staff. To give some credit to the aids, they did have to use a lift with my husband and I do appreciate the fact that this was a difficult thing for them. They also did not notify me in a timely manor that they should have called in hospice. The food was good, we had no problem with that. It was very expensive here. The grounds were not very well kept either.

Horrible care for my grandmother.would not recommend. They do not care for their patients ass they should. Grandmother got a bunch of bedsores and infections. Not to mention all the bed falls in their care! For the price paid there should be better care given!

Improperly evaluated for entry. Tried to keep her there even when they could not provide the level of care required. Moved client to long term care, then hospice. Now dead. At assisted living, dropped her 3 times. She was there a month and they kept half of the $18k. Looks like a palace but under served. Managed poorly.

You can not speak on this place if you where there for couple hours. I was a patient there for rehab. I had back surgery and went there for physical therapy. Therapy was great. I ended up in ICU, if it wasn't for my daughter I would be dead. They didn't clean my wound for the first four days. I got an infection, the nurse over dosed me with to much of meds, I had to choose either take shower or get my support stocking. I was admitted to hospital with blood clots in both legs, kidney failure, infection. Was in ICU for 6 days and in hospital 25 days. The nurse in hospital calls this place No Care. The hospital, gets lots of there patient. I for got I has dry skin on my feet. Three times I had to tell the nurse it was for my feet not my private part. Run away as fast as you can. Nothing good about this place.

I initially wanted my mother to go to a different nursing home; however this location was more convenient. The staff is great and I love the nurses there, they know what they are doing. There were only a couple of times when I had to grab a nurse to change my mother. My mother is always in her bed so every two hours they would change her and re position her. I wouldn’t necessarily know when the 2 hour mark is, but they seem to be on top of it. My mother has to be fed through a feeding tube so she doesn’t in their cafeteria. However, from what I see they have a well-balanced menu from what they posted near the dining area. They change the options daily. If I was rating on the cleanliness alone I would give them 5 out of 5. I would go there every day around 11am and I will always see the cleaning ladies mopping, dusting, and cleaning. They clean the area every 30 minutes. They also have an activity bulletin board that has a calendar updating the tenants about events that take place. The have fun games like bingo and they just had a Halloween party. It seems very lively in that area too because it seems that they’re always singing in there. The residents and their other families are very welcoming and nice as well.

I liked this community when I visited. This community does offer some nice amenities and activities. The people were friendly and upfront with us. This community is not able to offer the kind of continuing care we were looking for. They let us know that they would help us find another community when the time came.

CareOne at Evesham is a wonderful place for my mom. My mother-in-law had stayed here awhile back so we knew this was a place where mom would receive great care. The food is very good, she is picky about breakfast but loves lunch and dinner meals. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. There is a courtyard in the back to enjoy the outdoors, seating available to relax and enjoy the view of the birdhouses nestled around the trees. We would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

My grand mother was there. They were fair to her, nurses were great. Techs were iffy. I was there every day with her for hours. Those nurses were worked far to hard for what they are paid. Same goes for techs. She was at one in Marlton. I do remember nurse [Removed] was great. Tech [Removed] was very pushy with [Removed] but did good job and [Removed]s was all around great and always did his best for her. My problem is, that while there she had another stroke and she wasn't really there and they could have cared for her but her Medicare wasn't paying enough at this point. So they wanted to send her home when she couldn't walk, talk or communicate. How can her fam care for her at that point!!?? There were a few other issues as well that could have been major but family was there often to spend time and keep track. But when care one basically kicked her out we found MEDFORD CONVALESANT on stokes road. They were great and took care of her in her final days. When care one kicked her out she lasted 2 weeks but those last 2 weeks were great for her.

I am not crazy about the place. The people who dispense the medications are not always on time. My loved one is not happy with the food as well. If it was not for the $4000 start up fee that we already paid, we would be moving.

The staff at CareOne are doing a nice job, the apartment my mother is in is nice. I haven't been very happy with the aids. They don't keep the schedules and I have told the director she's not getting showers. It doesn't seem like anyone is reinforcing them. I have spoken to someone and I think it's happening now. The meals don't taste that great, they don't cook with salt. The marketing director [Removed] is by far the best, he knows all of the resident's names and whenever he see's me he asks about my mother.

My uncle is being cared for very well here at this community. They have a lovely staff, and they are caring for him and his needs very well. There are nice activities available for the residents. The meals are nice, he is pleased with the food. I know he is safe and in good hands here. So far everything is working out pretty well for us here.

* Note that this is a review for the assisted living community not the skilled nursing or rehab. * Our family member is adjusting well to the assisted living community at CareOne. The staff has been so supportive and helpful. The residents are caring and welcoming to a new member. From the first day, the residents of CareOne's community, welcomed our family member into their home with warm smiles and friendly hellos. The staff, both nursing and support, welcome us when we visit or call and go out of their way to be helpful to whatever the needs are. Two major factors that made CareOne stand out above the other communities we visited. One is that every apartment has 3 emergency pull cords in the most strategic places, we feel that our loved one is safe at all times. Beside the pull cords, each resident wears an alert necklace that is an added layer of safety. The second stand out factor for which we decided CareOne, was the layout of the community. The common areas are smack in the middle of the building with all the rooms surrounding it. This is a great feature to encourage activity and socialization. CareOne was the best choice for our loved one!

We recently moved my aunt into Care One Evesham after several months of surgeries, rehab, and returning home to live independently. My aunt did not want to leave her home but as a family we felt her safety and well being had reached a point that she was not able to live independently. The staff at Care One Evesham has been extremely helpful, professional, and caring in the process. They have worked with us regarding the finances which was an important aspect of the move. Last week we moved my aunt in and she is responding well to the move. We know that it is a big transition and will take time to fully adjust. We feel confident that Care One is a great place for my aunt considering her needs at this stage of life. I would highly recommend Care One Evesham.

Phil Popper was great. This is first on the list. We like the location, D liked the decor. I felt the set up well thought out. Phil answered all our questions, had a very 'no pressure' vibe. Should we select NJ, this is the spot!
