The meals are very good - restaurant quality. Communication with the family is good as well. My dad fell once and I received a call as soon as they got him settled. The staff are truly awesome. Very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping is also good. They come every week to clean my dad's place and are very nice and thorough. The maintenance man was extremely helpful getting pictures hung and TV mounted so she settled immediately and it felt like home. He was also very timely in giving attention to items that needed repairs. They have a separate family dining room that seats 12. What I've noticed is how helpful and friendly everyone is, in particular the staff. Any time I've had to call for assistance they've been more than happy to help. The restaurant is lovely where they promote socialization with residents. The food is good quality comfort foods. I've enjoyed my meals there with mom. They have entertainment there, but mom hasn't attended much of those yet. They also have two companies that can offer additional services. Additionally they offer great PT and OT on site. The apartment sizes are great, he has a 1 bedroom and it is perfect size for him. They have a lot of closet space.
