Every reason we moved my mom in here was taken away due to covid restrictions which is no fault of Brookdales. It is a well kept, modern facility and the staff members were very friendly. I would recommend to others looking.
The staff was very friendly, proactive, and helpful. The staff tried to engage the residence, and the staff was great with communication. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
The community is compassionate. The administrative team we dealt with during the tour were great. They have activities available for the residents to choose from to participate in. Brookdale has mass available for residents, and happy hour to just name a few.
The dining room, swimming pool, and the exercise room are closed due to COVID. I am happy here. The people are friendly, and it is a good place. I have heard a complaint about pricing, but after looking at other communities, I feel it is comparable. The food is the other complaint and people saying it isn't good. I have no thoughts on that, since I'm not a picky eater. The food is being delivered to the rooms. There were a few things that attracted us to this community. They have a swimming pool, garage, and an outdoor space. Most people have either a balcony or a patio.
This community was very nice again the staff were extremely friendly. The two things we liked most about this community is the under ground parking and indoor swimming pool. We didn't care for the floor plans in this independent living community.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us from your visit. We regret to hear we did not meet all of your expectations. We have shared your feedback with our management team.
Brookdale Wornall was the perfect place for my parents. They had a lot of activities for my dad, who is an extrovert, and my mom was happy to stay in her beautiful apartment. The staff was so kind and friendly. The only downside was that the dining room had some trouble getting food out in a timely manner (we waited over an hour multiple times) and they got the orders wrong frequently. Brookdale has addressed these issues by hiring new staff. My mother passed away last month so my father has moved out of Brookdale. But we would chose this facility again if the situation arises.
This community is pretty exceptional to me and my mother. While looking for a place for my mother one of the main things that we look for are the socialization and the activeness of the people living there. Every time you go there you see someone doing something. There are people that are always motoring around. They have a lot of activities going on which is great. One thing that I do love is I always see people out of their apartments in the community doing things. You see residents in the lobby area which is rather big, there’s a sitting area that people are in, in the craft area, and even during the ‘Mix and Mingle’ in the pub. I would walk by the exercise room and I see people participate in that. This location is really a great active community. They also offer spiritual services; this area is a big catholic community. They have an actual priest come on site and they have catholic services every Saturday and my mother really liked that. Also, a couple times a week they offer a Rosary devotion type thing. The staff team is very on the mark providing those home care services as well. Overall, the service they offer is wonderful, they are very welcoming, and the people that live here are so up and about. It was a hard adjustment for my mother as she first moved in, but with the active and friendly environment she is in it has been a smoother transition for her.
This looked like a nice looking community when we visited. We met with the salesperson and they were nice. This community seemed more commercial than what we thought our loved one would like.
I had a pretty nice tour of this community. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. The community looked good , and everything was neat, and tidy. The staff was informative, and very polite. All our questions were answered. It was a nice experience, but we did find another community that met my needs better.
We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this looked like a very nice place, overall! All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well kept. We ended up selecting another community, but I'd say this one is worth a look!
