We call it Optimum Life® and it means we meet you where you are in life’s journey with six dimensions of wellness so you’ll never stop growing. Everyone can live an Optimum Life, one where you remain empowered to make choices that matter to you and bring meaning to your life. It’s just one more way you can enjoy life in our community.
Memory care residents have a lot of choices for activities, too. Trivia games, bowling and B-Fit classes are just a few of the fun opportunities you have if you live in our memory care community. The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, which maintain our memory care residents' abilities and encourage the use of their current skills.
Your wellness is supported by collaborative care partnerships between your family, our care associates and other healthcare providers. With a personal care home and memory care, you only pay for what you need, and the plan is flexible so if your needs increase or decrease, so do your costs.
Our personal care home provides assistance in medications, dressing and bathing, as well as services like housekeeping and meals. If you need memory care later, we offer person-centered Alzheimer's and dementia care on the same campus so you can stay near friends and family in a place you already call home.
