  • A Nice Place

You have to stay up on things yourself and stay visible. I thought my mom's room was on the small side. The food was good. My mom liked the breakfasts. They did have an outdoor space. The staff was pleasant.

  • A nice place, took a lot of pressure off our family.

They work really hard to make everyone comfortable. The food is really good. It was better when it was served in the dining room. The room size is adequate. They have a nice outdoor courtyard in the middle of the community. They have nice seating on the front porch. Everyone is very friendly, they are on a first name basis with all the residents.

  • Money more important than care to this facility

We were originally looking to place both parents at Brookdale. My dad had a stroke prior to moving in and he ended up needing Skilled Nursing care. We felt we were pushed into signing a contract in the middle of these issues. My parents never moved into Brookdale and we are now having an issue with them holding us to that contract. I feel to them it is more about the money than my parents care.
