Savor a Rich Life

Tucked away in a beautiful single-story building that resembles a private home, you will discover a memory care community full of men and women who are savoring rich and full lives. With spacious common rooms designed for comfort and beauty and luxurious amenities that promote social interaction and days filled with laughter and success, you can have peace of mind that this is the place where your loved one will thrive.

No matter where your family member is on their journey, our care team will meet them right where they are and provide gentle guidance and encouragement each and every day. They will participate in various activities each day through our signature Clare Bridge program, which was designed specifically for men and women living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. They may enjoy morning mental workouts and art therapy one day and soothing manicures and friendly cornhole tournaments the next.

We even go on peaceful scenic drives and regular excursions to places like Pine Nursery Park and the High Desert Museum.

Whether your loved one is participating in campus activities or lacing up their shoes to enjoy an afternoon out and about in the city or another local destination, you can rest easy knowing they are thriving in our warm and friendly environment surrounded by people who love them for the wonderfully unique individual they are.

When your family member arrives on campus, they will have access to a long list of services and amenities. A few resident favorites include:
•Cozy accommodations designed to feel and function like a private home
•Personalized care plans tailored to meet specific needs
•On-campus beauty and barber shop, bistro, library and garden
•Nutritious meals served three times a day in a restaurant-style dining room
•Trained care team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week?

One of our main goals here is to help residents maintain their current skills and capabilities for as long as possible while providing support in other areas. Our team is on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week and more than happy to offer assistance with everything from bathing and dressing to managing medication and coordinating with outside healthcare providers. We can even provide personal dining assistance during meal times and gentle reminders during their daily programs. No matter how much support they need, we will always be here to make sure they feel safe, sound and at home.

  • A good community with care

I toured this community and was happy with the staff who were able to answer my questions. The food seemed to be very good. I did find a community closer and would recommend other families to see for them selves everything that is offered for a loved one.

  • Needs Professional Help

With all the anguish and exhaustion you are experiencing by the time you arrive at Brookdale, you think .... this is it! But after overlooking several red flags, we look back and wish we would have chosen another facility. First, the $2,000 non-refundable deposit to hold room for 1 wk! Second, the set up, you must use their pharmacy...if you have Tri-Care it is a nightmare. Next, caregivers are not CNA trained, only HS grads required. Then the billing is never clear to your understanding. My step-mother fell from wheelchair twice and was given too much medication she shouldn't have been given in my opinion, This facility lacks professionalism! Brookdale projects all the first rate advertisement and enticements, but comes up short with any real knowledge of alzhemiers diease to help understand their residents..

  • I don't think they did anything well

I don't think they did anything well. I'm not happy with them at all. I had to move my Dad out of there. They do not have enough qualified people working there. They said they could not handle his behavior, but his behavior was due to Alzheimer's Disease.
