My husband and I are residents at Broadway Court Estates and we're very happy that we moved here. I am very pleased with this facility. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is weekly and good. I like the meals and enjoy the many activities that are offered.

Caring. considerate and happy staff members make all residents feel welcome, safe, and special. The facility is filled with gorgeous antiques providing an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. Holiday decorations are "over the top" with at least 50 "themed trees" throughout the entire facility. Each holiday is celebrated with beautiful, well-cared-for decorations. The pool is crystal clear, warm, and sizable for aerobic classes and pool walking. Dinners are tasty, healthy, and varied. Mom loves the formal dining area with tablecloths, napkins, and centerpieces. The holiday buffet for residents and guests was on par with any elegant restaurant. Activities are varied, and engaging for the residents. Residents are encouraged to attend meetings to discuss activities, and menus and to voice any concerns to the owners. The Sarff Family is highly engaged and receptive. Their pride in ownership is evident from the moment you arrive. Broadway Court is the Best Place Ever!!!

Transitioning your loved one from their personal living freedom to any form of senior care can be emotionally stressful, From the very first contact the staff and ownership made it a stress free experience for our mother and myself. This made the decision very simple leaving no doubt Broadway Court Estates was the right home for mom. A beautiful facility with incredible activities, fantastic dining options, transportation support and a truly caring staff. All this gives the family great peace of mind and our mom a home she truly loves. Broadway Court Estates is a must consider facility for your loved ones.

I have been here almost 3 months and am very pleased with my decision. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate the many planned activities and take advantage of them. At my age, I have lost many of my long time friends. I now have many new friends and just hope I get better at remembering names.

I love it at BCE. I feel so fortunate to be here. The very first day, all the staff knew my name. In some ways it's like living in a fancy hotel. Amazingly good food. I love that someone else will make me healthy dishes that taste great. We have a real chef. It's like dining at the Plaza every night. There are so many fun things to do like Bunco, swimming, pub night with live music, movies in recliners (pop corn included, of course) chair yoga and great events--like the Thanksgiving extravaganza with friends and family. A friend who joined me called it 'magical'. The building and grounds are meticulously maintained. The public spaces are gorgeous, especially now with the Christmas decorations. It's sparkling clean and kept that way by housekeepers who also clean our apartments. Living here is a hundred times better than my old life and I'm spending just about the same amount of money because of all the amenities that are included. (Did I mention that I love it here?)

It is a great place to hang your hat. It is a great place to live.!! The food is very delicious. People are friendly. The pool exercises are very useful to get the body moving and getting the kinks out.

We had been interviewing senior living communities in Spokane, looking for the perfect fit for my mother-in-law at a reasonable cost, and we found exactly what we were looking for at Broadway Court Estates. It is all-inclusive living at an exceptional value and the level of care and services has exceeded our expectations. The staff is very attentive and she felt welcome immediately.

We have been nothing but pleased, staff is awesome they take care of everybody. They have tremendous activities program with all levels for residents whom are very active down to those whom aren't quite as social and active. Can't say enough wonderful things about Broadway Court Estates. Our loved one is so happy, continually busy and active every single day, safe and we know very secure.

We went with Broadway Court Estates because of the overall cleanliness of the building, the friendliness of the staff and also the amount of activities that they have provided. They also have an indoor swimming pool and my mom does water aerobics 3 times a week - so that is very convenient for her. The apartment sizes are good, she has a small 1 bedroom apartment and it fits what she needs. They also have other larger sizes offered as well, but we got the least expensive one. The pricing is all inclusive which is nice so you are not getting multiple different bills. I would most definitely recommend them to others looking for independent living.

They have so many activities going on. They are always asking the residents about their interests to make sure what they offer is what they will participate in. They are definitely one to look at if you have an independent person to place. If your loved one is social, this would be a good place. The staff is very sweet and accommodating. They also check with the residents about the food to make sure they like the food. They have a say in suggestions for meal ideas.

This is a real good place and community to be for your loved one. My loved one does not participate in the activities but there are things for the residents to do. The staff that I have met are great.

The staff members have been really friendly, and given the circumstances the activities are still good, they are doing the best they can. We think the value for cost is excellent. Meals and dining service right now is a little bit of a struggle, especially the dining service.

I would recommend Broadway Court Estates because of the quality of service, quality of food and they look after us.

This is the PLACE ! for retired "independent living." All the staff are great, the activities are super. It REALLY is the "PLACE AWAY" from home. RC

I moved into Broadway Court Estates the first of November. My apartment is immaculate as is the whole building. The staff here are wonderful from the front desk to the food servers. All the people here say hello when you walk by. The maintenance crew keeps the place snow free,and safe for the people to get to their garages. The swimming pool is great. They have a theater,work out room and libraries. I am looking forward to gardening in one of the raised beds in the spring. This truly is a great place to live.

My mom has moved in and instantly the community embraced her. She is at home and enjoying everything Broadway offers! She loves her spacious home with the ability to have her best friend “dog” Lucy by her side. We are amazed at the quality of the dinners and the social time she has with new friends is a true blessing! She has everything right in one place which makes it easier for her to “enjoy herself” in things that are important in her life! She loves the water aerobics, sewing, bible study even church! We love how friendly everyone is, the employees are all so respectful and truly care! Broadway offers what a family offers for independent living, they uphold the values that is so important in our lives, every employee we have met is consistently genuinely good people! We have full confidence and trust in each one of them. Thank you for giving our mom a fantastic place for her to call her home!

My dad has lived at the Broadway Court Estates for one year now and moving him in was the best decision we ever made. He loves the activities in the community, especially wine and cheese and music nights. All of the staff, are so friendly, they're like family. They call you by name and really make you and your love one feel at home. They are compassionate, caring and very supportive staff. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the food, they have a dining room that is just like a restaurant. The food is prepared by professional chefs made fresh daily and always 5 star. If you are looking for a place to love your family member and care for them like their own Broadway Court Estates is the place.

My 73 year old Uncle moved in 5months ago and the adjustment and experience has been excellent - exceeding my hope. Every staff member is genuinely caring and compassionate. There are many daily options for exercise and socializing. Most importantly, the residents are treated with respect.
