Beware! Staff forgets prescriptions and medicates residents without notifying family. When asked for copies of your loved ones treatment they ignore verbal and written request! They can delete this review but soon the media and state officials will be enlightened!Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
I don’t know how residents are treated but beware of sending love ones for respite stays. They forged and prescribed medications to my dad that is not only insurance fraud but they will not release what treatment they gave him! One drug was for cancer patients and the other was discontinued in 2025! Beware! Respite contracts require staff to notify family and the family supplies the meds. My father has not returned to his previous baseline since being released. Supposedly there was a Norovirus outbreak but my request for his records have been denied.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
This community is beautiful. They offer many amenities including a theater store and a pharmacy. I did not like that my loved one would have had to walk to get his medication from the pharmacy since he has memory issues. The community was a little more open than what we were looking for in a memory care community.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
