my review of bridge park

I looked at 9 different places and chose Bridge Park because it made me feel the most compfortable. The rooms are nice, and the food is good considering covid. We get them delivered to our rooms. I would recommend this community to others.

my experience at Bridge Park

They had a library and I loved it. They have a shuttle that could take us places also. I enjoyed having a nurse there to check my blood pressure. I didn't like that they would knock only once and come in. They are also pet friendly. Overall the place is great!

Review of Bridge Park

I am relatively new to the communities and came early in the COVID restrictions. This place is serious about precautions, which I appreciate. Staff members and other residents are friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained and comfortable, and feels safe. There is enough flexibility in the menu to choose meals I enjoy, and a wide variety of foods offered. I just began participating in activities and have enjoyed meeting like-minded people.

Review of Bridge Park

We need a qualified experienced chef. Better quality food (more variety). Very good employees and service. Good maintenance. We have had a very good manager, but corporate should provide more support to management.

The staff at Bridge Park are great. They put up with people that are always complaining about everything. Staff personnel are always friendly and helpful when they can be. They try and have events for everyone that stays there. As for the meals well they are something else. I don't know what they think these people eat, but sometimes the food is not all that good. Meats are very hard to cut at times. Selection is not always the best. Like I said earlier, you are not going to make everyone happy with anything you do.

Bridge Park Review

Communication with the front office is a challenge for my mother, availability, patience and understanding of issues. The quality of food is extremely disappointing we have to provide her with substitutes continually. Chili or a corn dog for a Sunday dinner is unacceptable!

Thanks for keeping us safe!!!

I just want to thank the staff here at Bridge Park for keeping us safe. They go home every night and have sacrificed to kept them selves safe so they don’t bring in the virus. Staff remains to be upbeat and very friendly. Always a treat to greet them as they deliver meals, snack, housekeeping and providing activities. Will miss [name removed] who has done outstanding job managing all of this. Thanks again

A Humble Review

The staff has done an exceptional job at keeping us safe. The food however has slipped very much. The last "chef" [name removed] was not either hiring competent people or was shooting for a bonus by keeping the food bought the lowest grade. Breakfast under [name removed] was the best meal of the day. Most people have had to supplement food from outside sources and family. For example a chef salad might have lettuce, a few cubes of cheese, a sprinkle of egg. No meat, veggies, roll, dressing. Egg salad sandwich twice a week. I have egg allergies. [names removed] have been exceptionally competent and loving in this stressed time. They are truly treasures and valued employees who are deserving of a bonus.

We are still under the virus watch and since I have been here a little more than a year we have had more than one manager and the current one is leaving.

First impressions

My initial impressions are positive. The staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived during a transition of management and endured a bit of chaos. The other residents have been welcoming. I like my apartment, especially storage. There is a park nearby for walking. The grounds are well manicured. It has been an amazingly smooth transition.

Great Value

Mom moved in just over a month ago and everyone from the staff to other residents have been so friendly and caring towards Mom. Mom absolutely loves her apartment and has starting enjoying some of the activities that work for her.

Review of food, office staff, and responsiveness

Food is inconsistent in quality. Onboarding Process is inconsistent. Server staff is great. Accountability for office staff is missing. Communication to residents is poor. When the parking lot lights malfunctioned, it took four days to repair. Office staff do not have backgrounds in dealing with seniors. The management of this location is in need of extensive process improvements.

Response from Bridge Park

February 18, 2019

Hi Loretta, we are sad to see your experience living with us at Bridge Park has not been meeting your expectations. We have passed along you concerns to regional management. They are actively working with the kitchen staff to improve the consistency of food that is served as well as evaluating and tracking the on-boarding process. Management also informed us they worked as quickly as they could to resolve the lighting issues in the community, giving updates during meal times. There was an issue with the power line that required a permit which delayed the repair. If you have any additional concerns please reach out to use directly at [removed] or reach out to resident relations at [removed] or [removed].

Comfy and reasonable

Nice place with nice people. Good value. It has no assisted living, which is not a negative, just the situation. Food is "institutional." It's good, but, just like college dorm food, it's generic cooking for many opinions and tastes! Convenient to Seattle Metro and easy to get to business clusters. Variety of room sizes and are nicely cared for.
