The staff is friendly and so helpful, a variety of activities are offered, and my mom has said that she feels she is part of a big family. Another plus for living at Bartlett Reserve is that there are stores within close walking distance: Food Lion, Fedex, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, and more. Regularly scheduled transportation is provided for shopping, health care, and recreation.
