Like shampooing carpet after an accident. The urine odor can be strong. They do their best, with a lot of staff changes there have been a few in training. I can call every day to check on my brother. They give me details of his day, this is nice when the weather is bad and I can't get there. He is there alone now. My sister in-law died in January. I would like more communication if something is needed, that seems to be forgotten, then I get there and I didn't bring anything because I didn't know.
