COVID Protocols in place. Homey, feel welcomed. Staff enjoy working and helping residents. Clean, quiet. Many activities for seniors. Goal is to become familiar with residents, thier life, their friends, their community activities. Make them feel it is their home and staff is there to assist when needed. This would be considered for loved one.
We chose Atria Kennebunk because they have a stellar reputation and they have assisted living AND memory care so that was important to us. The room sizes here were great. I just wish that they had more medical services available, they have nurses on staff but they do not have doctors who come in regularly. Communication with the staff members were excellent, they called us with every little thing that was important for us to know. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
We have been having a lot of issues with them not doing things that they are supposed to be doing. They have a very high turnover of staff and management. Due to that there is not a good line of communication between everyone. I have to watch everything very closely and if I don't she does not receive the care she should be getting.
I have lived here for four years after living with my son for a month or so. The quality of care and interaction with staff and other residents is great. I have made casual relationships with other residents that I value And appreciate. I Enjoy the food especially the hamburgers. I like happy hour and ladies night where we have pizza and spirits. I enjoy the music concerts and guest speakers.
The staff at Atria was very friendly and very accepting. My parents were not able to move into the property. They were set to move in [date removed] but my mom passed away.We would recommend Atria to anyone. We were in the process of selling my parents home, the first buyer fell through and they were patient and helpful. Sorry we will not able to move forward with Atria. The food that we tried was outstanding, first class. Lots of room options available and they were very willing to work with us regarding pricing to find the right fit.
My husband and I were so pleased to have found this beautiful place called "The Atria" for my sister. [Name removed] Sales Director, helped us tremendously with the process of transferring my sister from another state to Maine. This complex is very well maintained and has a wonderful staff that are always helpful. As she has memory issues, it helps to know that she is very well cared for. My sister has come a long way in the short time she's been here and I am thankful for the level of care.
I moved my Mom in mid May after my father passed in April. What stood out for us was the appearance of incredibly friendly and caring staff. The residents were also saying hello to us on the tour and the place just felt “right”. We are now in August and I am happy to report it is everything we hoped for. The entire staff is friendly and easy going. I visit my Mom every week and I still get a really good vibe walking in. There is a lot to do and participate in. My Mom is very content there and has even made some nice friendships already. I highly recommend Atria!
Great place! My family member loves it there

Lynne, we appreciate your kind words, but they don't seem to match the star rating. Would you be willing to send us a note at [removed] with more detail?
Mom just moved in yesterday. She is still adjusting, obviously, but Atria is a wonderful place.
