I was reluctant to move here, just wasn’t willing to give up my beautiful home in Sierra Vista....but what a blessing this place turned out to be. It has been a excellent decision for me. Before my late husband passed away, we looked at the property in 2001...just in case we might ever want to be.. after he passed! It was apparent that I needed to be in Tucson for medical needs. When we were shown our apartment, it was just what we needed. Beautiful grounds and excellent staff from Maintenance, Transportation, Housekeeping, Security, Culinary Staff, Activity Director and Office Staff. With the pandemic, the whole world changed and Atria Valley Manor stepped up in providing in-apartment dining,. All field trips have been canceled. We have our temperature taken twice a day, which is comforting. If you’re looking for an Independent Living Community, look no farther.......but you might have a wait for apartment to become available, but when it does, grab it!... Read more

It was nice and they were great but my loved ones picked another place.
I was reluctant to move here, just wasn’t willing to give up my beautiful home in Sierra Vista....but what a blessing this place turned out to be. It has been a excellent decision for me. My wife and I have lived at Atria Valley Manor for 3 years, we start our 4th year end of February 2021. We looked at several retirement communities, but didn't find any that can compare to this one. Our apartment has adequate living space and a nice patio with front lawn. The Staff here is outstanding in go far beyond what you would expect, especially during this pandemic. You can search other places, but don't waste your time.....this is where you want to live.
We've had no problems with them - it's been a very good experience. It's a great place to go. A number of activities are available. The staff are wonderful. The food there is excellent, which makes my mother very happy. The apartment is just a little on the small side, and we've been having trouble getting her phone service hooked up.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful experience we absolutely loved Atria Campana, but at the time we wanted a two bedroom - two bath villas and they just did not have any available.
My friend seems to be very happy here. I did speak to staff on the phone and everyone I talked to was so amazingly helpful and friendly which is why I recommended this facility for him in the first place. They made everything very easy. I would recommend Atria Campana Del Rio to anybody looking.
We chose Atria because it was a little less expensive and also they are pet friendly and that was a big thing for my brother. They do offer 3 levels of care, independent living, assisted, and memory care. Their memory care area seems to be really nice. My loved ones live in a villa and it is a great size and has it's own car port. The whole dining room situation seems to be a little unorganized. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.
Fast pace, wonderful staff. Beautiful dining room. Great food. The grounds are amazing!
Clean, Brite and Shiny , Great Pool and Courtyard.
I am very happy with my stay at Atria Campana Del Rio, particularly with the kindness and care of the staff. It sometimes seems expensive, but everything is too expensive these days.
I am writing this review for my aunt who has lived there for three years, but is not computer-literate. She asked me to share her views as she felt it was her duty to put her “two cents in.” She absolutely loves Campana del Rio. She believes that moving there was the best decision she’s made as a senior adult. (and it was a hard one.) She claims that the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good, (and she is a tough critic,) the setting is beautiful, and the activities are fun and not just boring old bingo. And she respects their efforts to mitigate Covid 19. All in all, she thinks that the facility and staff sincerely care about her, and are doing the very best they can to ensure that her “golden years,” are exactly that.
What a lovely community while visiting the area I checked out this community. Possibly moving to the area and will need a great place for a family member. Prices seemed competitive. I heard great things about the staff. Plenty of activities!
Warm and compassionate staff
This is a great community. My mother loves it. This is a terrific option for a community. The staff are also terrific and they communicate well with us.
For the past year as a resident, I have truly experienced a place to call home at Atria Campana Del Rio. I have been given security, safety, and a satisfying independent lifestyle. My sincere thanks to the staff and management!
This is a great place: very clean and very helpful. If a complaint regarding the food services, the main chef comes to talk to you.
Small enough to offer a great range of services without compromising any needs of the residents. Well trained staff
This is a safe place for mom and dad. The community makes it worth it. There are two interpreters on staff to assist the deaf community. The community has also started classes for Sign Language to allow residents to communicate with those that are deaf. There are a lot of activities going on.
I love it. The staff are wonderful. The food is incredible. I like that they offer a lot of heathy choices. They offer a good amount of activities, although it's hard to please absolutely everyone. But activities have been improving as restrictions are easing up. I feel it's a great value and definitely way better than the last place I was at. That place makes this one seem like heaven. It's like they can't do enough for your here. Yesterday they had a lady going around with an Edy's cart offering slushies. And they come around often with different drinks and refreshments. It's amazing. I can't say enough good things. It's refreshing how polite everyone is. They're always concerned about how you're doing and respond to every need. Communication is excellent. There's a shelf outside my room where they place letters about what's going on in the community. The information highway couldn't get any better. There's always some kind of information they're relaying, which has been great. There's a 4-5 page newsletter featuring stories on different residents in the community. I like that I can get my exercise in to go pick up my mail. They had musical entertainment yesterday. It's definitely an incredible place. And I'm picky! But at 71, I think I've earned that. I can't recommend them enough.
My virtual tour here was good. I was really surprised at how nice a facility it was, from what I could see. The lady who led the tour was very nice. Keep in mind, this is a sales person, and I know that. When we got to the place where we were deciding if we were going to keep our loved one home as long as we could, vs. moving her to a facility, Covid was pretty rampant. We just felt she was safer at home. And our other concern with placing her was definitely the cost. But the tour gave me a good feel for the facility. Between taking me on the virtual tour, showing me all the stuff she had to show me, and going over what they were capable of taking care of, it was very informative. And I got to see all of it without having to arrange for a trip there in person.
