As for the staff-In the year since I moved my sister to Arden there has been only one instance when I had a problem with a staff member and it turned out she was just a temporary and they dismissed her. The regular staff are so warm and welcoming to my sister. They show love to her and that goes from the top to the maintenance person. Every 6 months we, her family, are invited to a meeting with the director and all department heads to discuss her progress, questions we may have, and changes in medications. This is so helpful. The variety of food is very good and delicious. My sister goes right for the dessert every time. In her case she is a walker and walks non-stop and sometimes won't stop to eat so they (the dietary) makes her a grilled cheese or PBJ sandwiches so she can eat and walk. Whenever my sister falls or runs into something and bruises herself, I get a phone call assuring me she is okay. I would never hesitate to move another loved one to Arden Courts.
